Travel information and offers

Travel pricing, availability, promotional offers, supplier participation, blackout dates, and package terms may change at any time. A quote, inquiry response, or promotional message is not a final reservation confirmation unless confirmed directly by A Two Z Travel and any applicable travel supplier.

Additional supplier terms, cancellation policies, eligibility requirements, and travel restrictions may apply to any booking, consultation, sweepstakes, or promotional offer.

Sweepstakes and event promotions

Promotions, prize drawings, live-event giveaways, and show-specific offers may be subject to separate official rules, eligibility standards, deadlines, and fulfillment conditions. When an event page, booth display, printed disclosure, or official rules page contains more specific terms, those additional terms control for that promotion.

A purchase is not required to enter a sweepstakes unless expressly stated in legally compliant promotion materials, and a purchase does not improve the odds of winning where prohibited by law.

Promotional travel rewards

Travel rewards and attendee reward offers are subject to eligibility, activation, supplier availability, travel windows, provider rules, and the specific certificate terms issued for that reward. The current A Two Z Travel reward details and fee disclosures are posted at atwoztravel.net/gifting and atwoztravel.net/gifting-terms.

Reward recipients are responsible for costs not expressly included in the specific reward description. Current referenced reward costs include cruise port and service fees of $223 per person, airfare-plus-lodging fees of $199 per person, and resort-stay tax and resort fees generally ranging from $280-$398 per week per unit, plus any upgrades, transportation, travel documents, taxes, resort or condo fees, maid service, and incidental charges that apply.

A promotional reward is not a confirmed reservation until the fulfillment provider issues written confirmation. Do not make separate travel arrangements until confirmation is received.

SMS terms and consent

By submitting your mobile number through this website or an associated QR-code or event registration form, you agree that A Two Z Travel may send you text messages related to your entry, requested travel information, appointment scheduling, and limited promotional follow-up where you have provided the required consent.

Message frequency for conversational and promotional texts is up to 3 SMS/month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
