Giveaway Drawing and Certificate Offer Official Rules

1. Sponsor

The sponsor of this promotion is SWK Promotions Inc DBA ATwoZ Travel Promotions, 31 Southeast 24th Avenue #3, Pompano Beach, Florida 33062. Questions may be directed to support@atwoztravel.com or (954) 931-7121.

2. Promotion name

The promotion is the A Two Z Travel Giveaway Drawing and Certificate Offer. Individual event pages, booth displays, printed materials, QR code pages, or registration pages may identify a specific promotion name, event location, prize, drawing date, or certificate offer. Those promotion-specific details apply to that promotion, provided they do not remove the no-purchase method of entry for the giveaway drawing.

3. Promotion period

Each promotion begins and ends on the dates and times stated on the applicable promotion page, booth display, printed handout, QR code landing page, or registration form. If no different dates are stated, entries are accepted while the related promotion form is available, and Sponsor may close the entry period before conducting the drawing.

All entries must be received before the end of the applicable promotion period. Sponsor is not responsible for late, delayed, incomplete, misdirected, or failed entries.

4. Eligibility

The giveaway drawing is open only to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in their state of residence, at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, directors, contractors, agents, and representatives of Sponsor, its advertising or promotional partners, prize suppliers, travel suppliers, and their immediate family members or household members are not eligible to enter or win.

The promotion is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

5. How to enter the giveaway drawing

Eligible participants may enter the giveaway drawing by completing the official registration form provided by Sponsor online, at a live event, through a QR code landing page, or through another Sponsor-approved registration method during the applicable promotion period.

No purchase, payment, travel booking, agency membership, online presentation attendance, or Meet & Greet attendance is required to enter or win the giveaway drawing.

Free alternate method of entry: To enter without attending an event or completing a presentation, email support@atwoztravel.com with the subject line "Giveaway Drawing Entry" and include your full name, mailing address, phone number, email address, date of birth, and the promotion or event name, if known. Email entries must be received before the end of the applicable promotion period.

Limit one entry per person per promotion unless a promotion-specific disclosure states otherwise. Duplicate, incomplete, inaccurate, automated, fraudulent, or non-compliant entries may be disqualified.

6. Giveaway drawing prize

One eligible entrant will be selected as the giveaway drawing winner for the applicable promotion unless promotion-specific materials state otherwise.

The prize is the travel prize, vacation package, certificate, voucher, or other prize described on the applicable registration page, event display, printed handout, QR code landing page, or promotion-specific disclosure.

The total announced prize value for each promotion covered by these Official Rules is less than $5,000. If Sponsor offers a promotion with a total announced prize value of $5,000 or more, separate or additional rules, filings, bonds, registration steps, or geographic restrictions may apply.

The prize is not transferable and may not be exchanged for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. Winner is responsible for all taxes, fees, costs, and expenses not expressly included in the prize description.

7. Odds of winning

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for the applicable promotion.

8. Winner selection and notification

The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received for the applicable promotion. The drawing will take place on or about the drawing date stated in the applicable promotion materials, or after Sponsor closes the applicable entry period if no specific drawing date is stated.

The potential winner will be contacted by phone, email, mail, or another contact method provided at entry. The potential winner must respond within five business days after notification. If the potential winner does not respond, is found ineligible, declines the prize, or fails to complete required documents, Sponsor may disqualify that person and select an alternate winner.

Sponsor may require the potential winner to complete an affidavit or declaration of eligibility, liability release, publicity release where lawful, tax form, and any other documents reasonably required for prize fulfillment.

9. Separate certificate offer

The giveaway drawing is separate from any vacation certificate, voucher, travel certificate, resort stay certificate, cruise certificate, or other promotional travel offer.

Qualified participants may be offered a vacation certificate or voucher for attending an online Meet & Greet or presentation with the travel agency. The certificate offer is not the giveaway drawing prize unless the applicable promotion-specific materials expressly identify it as the drawing prize. Entering the giveaway drawing does not guarantee that a participant will qualify for or receive a certificate.

Certificate terms and conditions apply. Certificate availability, travel windows, destinations, supplier rules, taxes, deposits, reservation fees, port fees, resort fees, gratuities, upgrades, transportation, airfare, meals, transfers, blackout dates, expiration dates, and other travel components may vary by certificate and supplier.

Unless expressly stated in writing, certificates do not include airfare, ground transportation, taxes, port charges, resort fees, gratuities, optional upgrades, insurance, meals, incidental charges, or personal expenses. Certificates have no cash value, may not be sold, and may be subject to transfer restrictions.

10. No purchase required

A purchase, payment, travel booking, agency membership, or paid upgrade is not required to enter or win the giveaway drawing and will not improve the odds of winning.

Any optional purchase, travel booking, membership, upgrade, or paid service is separate from the giveaway drawing.

11. Taxes and expenses

Winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and all costs or expenses associated with accepting or using any prize that are not expressly stated as included. Sponsor may issue an IRS Form 1099 if required by law.

12. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, by accepting a prize, winner grants Sponsor permission to use winner's name, city, state, likeness, voice, photograph, prize information, and statements about the promotion for advertising, promotional, and publicity purposes without additional compensation.

13. General conditions

By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and Sponsor's decisions, which are final and binding where permitted by law.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any person who tampers with the entry process, submits false information, violates these Official Rules, acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or attempts to interfere with the lawful operation of the promotion.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, misdirected, undelivered, illegible, corrupted, or failed entries, or for technical, printing, typographical, human, or other errors.

If fraud, technical failures, legal restrictions, event cancellation, supplier issues, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper operation of the promotion, Sponsor may cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the promotion and, if appropriate, select a winner from eligible entries received before the issue occurred.

14. Release of liability

By entering, participants release and hold harmless Sponsor, its owners, officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, promotional partners, vendors, venues, travel suppliers, prize suppliers, advertising agencies, and related parties from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from participation in the promotion or acceptance, use, misuse, or inability to use any prize, certificate, or travel offer.

15. Travel supplier terms

Travel-related prizes, certificates, vouchers, or offers are subject to the terms and conditions of the issuing supplier. Sponsor is not responsible for supplier cancellations, schedule changes, blackout dates, availability limitations, destination restrictions, travel delays, denied boarding, weather events, force majeure events, or any costs not expressly included in the written offer.

16. Privacy and contact

Information submitted in connection with the promotion will be used to administer the promotion, contact entrants regarding entries, notify winners, fulfill prizes, and communicate about related certificate offers or travel opportunities where permitted by law.

17. Compliance with law

All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Promotions with prize values or structures that require registration, bonding, filing, or other legal compliance will be handled as required by law or will be void in jurisdictions where such requirements have not been satisfied.

18. Governing law

Except where prohibited by law, the promotion and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law rules.

19. Winners list

To request the name of the winner after the drawing has been completed, email support@atwoztravel.com with the subject line "Winner List Request" within 60 days after the drawing date.
